LAMMA_SYNAPSE_ADMIN_TOKEN is unset, so admin-API reads and all writes are unavailable. Read-only screens fall back to direct database queries.

Access is limited to specific numbers

Codes are sent by Omantel to allowlisted mobiles only. A number that is not on the list is refused before any SMS is sent.
